Cut 1 kg of deer into cubes and brown in oil together with 2 cloves of garlic and a branch of rosemary, add 200g of minced pork. Add a glass of red wine and let evaporate, add 300 g of porcini mushrooms (boletus edulis), 500 g of fresh tomatoes, salt and pepper and leave to cook over a low flame for three hours.
