At the Giotto Theatre in Vicchio, Giotto OFF, the theatrical review organised by the Municipality of Vicchio, the JazzClub of Vicchio and Non Faremo Molto Rumore per Nulla, returns by popular demand.
Several surprises are in store for the 2025 edition:
- It begins on Friday 18 April with Matteo Timori and Nadia Capocchini, joined by Claudia Maggio. CARPE DIEM is a comedy that is a bit like life: funny, clumsy and at times brilliant.
- It continues on Tuesday 29 April with LATTE+ - ALLUCINAZIONI DI UN APDRE DI OGGI. A contemporary recital with Marco Bianchini and musicians Michele Mazzocchi and Martino Lega. The story of a father of today struggling with nappies, precarious jobs and sleepless nights, who tries his best to be a good companion and a good father, even if he no longer knows what that means.
- And then again on Friday 9 May, the FraMenti DiVersi company will make its debut with L'ARROCCO, a show that, between grotesque and brilliant comedy, between esoteric games and manipulations, will surprisingly demonstrate how reality often pays the price for the human soul, which is not always so appreciable.
- And finally, on Friday 16 May, Alla Munchenbach, accompanied by musician Leonardo Parisio, will close with her TINO SCHIRINZI - MIO PADRE. A show about the great actor Tino Schirinzi, one of the many forgotten in the world of Italian theatre and culture. To recount him in Mugello is even a duty. In fact, many do not know that he and his companion, the famous and beloved Tuscan folk singer Desy Lumini, are buried in the small cemetery of Cistio, in the municipality of Vicchio, on the sagginalese and that they spent the last years of their lives there.
