Paolo Marini tells The miracles of Marc Chagall
The fame of the painter, engraver, ceramist Marc Chagall (1887-1985), originally from Vitebsk, in present-day Belarus, is universal. His work dominated the entire twentieth century. As the art historian and critic Lionello Venturi once acknowledged, "his works are not only splendid. They are necessary to humanity". Paolo Marini will narrate some aspects of his artistic and human life, with a wide support of extraordinary images.
The event will be held Saturday, December 16, 2023 at 16.30 at the Library of Borgo San Lorenzo, in Piazza Garibaldi 10.
