Literary Prize Il Calamaio del Vicario 2 Edition - Year 2022
The Proloco of Scarperia, in collaboration with the Municipal Library, promotes the Second Edition of the Literary Prize Il Calamaio del Vicario.
The theme of this second edition is inspired by a phrase of the writer and journalist Gina Lagorio, an important figure in the field of publishing, of which we remember this year the centenary of his birth: "To those who freely make a choice the renunciation does not weigh"; the contents must be inherent to the theme and therefore deal with choices, freedom or the impossibility of choosing, of renunciation.There are two sections, each for different categories:
Sez. 1 - Narrative: prose composition of maximum 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) bars spaces included.
Sez. 2 - Poetry: poetic composition of maximum 40 (forty) verses.Each section will be divided into two categories:
Category Young people: participants up to seventeen years
Main Category: participants from the eighteenth year of age at the time of registration.The deadline for sending the material, to be delivered exclusively by email to ilcalamaiodelvicario@gmail.com, is 15 June 2022.The award ceremony, sponsored by the Tuscany Region, will be held in the last weekend of August 2022 at the Palazzo dei Vicari (Scarperia and San Piero, FI)except for changes due to organizational reasons or pandemic situation and in any case according to the provisions of the Decree in force at the time.Info: www.prolocoscarperia.it - 055 8468165
