TREK - The Upper Mugello: its cuisine and its flavors of Nature
Excursion to the Castellonchi Hut, where together with the expert hands of the managers, we can put the "hands in dough" to learn how to prepare the typical "tortelli di erbette", spring specialties and variant of the classic potato tortello.
On the way back we will walk along the nature path of Casa d'Erci (in photos), where we will taste a glimpse of the life and traditions characteristic of these countries of the Apennines.

Children participation: 6 years and up, if accustomed to walking
Dogs on a leash: no.
Food and drink: Mugello cooking lesson with herbs and shared lunch included in the participation fee.
Mandatory equipment: mask, gel sanitizing hands, hiking shoes, clothing suitable for the season, windbreaker or K-way. water (minimum 1.5 liters).
Recommended equipment: chopsticks, cap.
Registration fee: € 30.00 adults contribution children up to 14 years € 5.00. Those who are not yet associated with L'Erba Canta, must subscribe to the membership card of € 5.00 (adults only).

Policies of cancellation:
The excursion will be confirmed on May 20, upon receipt of all the confirmations and ascertained the appropriate weather for the day. The guides reserve the right to cancel the excursion if the weather conditions do not allow the normal and pleasant development of the day.
