Officina Cu-Bo showcases the art
On the occasion of the 5th edition of Fabrica32 an initiative dedicated to art and beauty
"I dream of painting and then I paint my dream". (Vincent Van Gogh) The new edition of the Exhibition Competition "Borgo da ammirare" organized by Officina Cultura Borgo San Lorenzo is close to the dreamlike dimension and will have as its theme the phrase of the great Dutch painter.
After the success of the first edition, last year on the occasion of Fiorinfiera, art is back on display again in the shop windows of Borgo San Lorenzo (FI) on the occasion of the fifth edition of Fabrica32.
The ceramic festival this year will take place in an exceptional location, the Monastery of Santa Caterina, open for the occasion in the days when all of Italy will celebrate ceramics with the events of Buongiorno Ceramica, from 20 to 22 May.
Entries to the competition are already open. Participation is free, free and open to all and all painting techniques, even in contamination with other artistic forms such as ceramics.
You can participate with only one work of the maximum size of 55 cmx55 cm, including the frame, arranged in such a way as to favor the exposure.
The works will be exhibited from 16 to 22 May and will be judged by a qualified jury, a popular social jury and a popular jury in attendance.
To vote is very simple: you can express a preference by liking the photos of the works that will be posted on the facebook page and Instagram profile of Officina Cu-Bo, or judging the works in the window and expressing his preference on a special card that will be delivered inside the Monastery in the days of Fabrica32.
All three winning artists will be announced in the afternoon of Sunday, May 22 and awarded with a special award.
